Please take note of the following information. 

 

 

Due to the large number of snow days that local schools have recently taken, Camp War Eagle 1st Session dates have been changed to Sunday, June 6th - Saturday, June 12th.  We understand that many children may still be in school during this time and are monitoring the situation.

If your child is accepted into the 1st Session, we are hoping that your camper will be able to attend all of 1st session but understand that your camper’s circumstances may dictate otherwise.  At this time, all 1st session campers will be asked to arrive no later than the evening of Tuesday, June 8th.  We will not be able to accommodate late check-in of campers past Tuesday evening due to the short session length.

Campers that elect to check-in on Monday or Tuesday will be required to ride the provided bus/van transportation that will leave from local areas at approximately 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on each day.
